System Analyst Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead a professional team of Systems Analysts and drive complex, cross-organizational technology projects from initiation through implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct management of a team of Systems Analysts.
• Managing the team’s work plan, task allocation, priorities, workloads, performance and deliverables.
• Leading complex cross-organizational projects from initiation to implementation, including schedules, budgets, risks and change management.
• Translating business needs into system and technology solutions.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Managing system maintenance and incident resolution in collaboration with external software vendors.
• Driving innovation and adoption of new technologies, methodologies and management tools.
• Coordinating with additional technology teams to ensure high-quality end-to-end solutions.
• Mentoring and developing team members professionally and personally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or Information Systems/Health Systems Management - Mandatory.
• At least 3 years of direct management experience of Project Managers and/or Systems Analysts- Mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in Systems Analysis and writing system specifications - Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with SQL- Mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with both a systemic view and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of independence, responsibility and service orientation.
• Availability during non-standard working hours when required.
