AI Video Creator

Particle, a global e-commerce brand in the men’s personal care category, is looking for a creative and hands-on AI Video Editor to produce high-performing content for paid social, digital platforms, web, and TV.

This role is ideal for an editor who understands performance marketing, works quickly, and can turn live-action and AI-generated footage into engaging, persuasive video ads.

This is a full-time, on-site position, working five days a week from our Tel Aviv office.

What You’ll Do

• Edit performance and UGC-style video ads
• Edit TV Commercials for American and worldwide TV
• Create multiple hooks and variations for creative testing
• Work with live-action and AI-generated footage, characters, and voices
• Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and product packshots
• Adapt videos for formats including 9:16, 4:5, and 16:9
• Edit promotional, website, and broadcast-quality video content
• Manage projects, priorities, and deadlines independently

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional video editing experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with After Effects and motion design
• Experience editing ads for paid media or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention
• Experience using AI video tools in real creative projects
• Highly organized and able to work independently

Strong Advantage

• Experience editing UGC or direct-response performance ads
• Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands
• Experience producing multiple creative variations at scale
• Familiarity with AI video, avatar, voice, or image-generation tools
• Experience with TV or broadcast-quality deliverables
