About the Role

Professional responsibility for the development and design of systems, assemblies and components, with a broad systemic vision and leading internal and external organizational interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end development projects.
• Design and development of systems, profiles, assemblies, accessories and components.
• Ongoing work in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Leading design surveys and making engineering and product decisions.
• Working with production, marketing, purchasing, quality and suppliers in Israel and abroad.
• Accompanying prototypes, tests, first series and transition from development to production.
• Improving existing products and promoting innovation and developing new products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant engineering field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product development, mechanical design or systems development.
• Experience in leading significant development projects.

Required Skills

• High proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of manufacturing, assembly, testing and transfer processes from development to production.
