About The Role

We’re looking for a curious, creative, and ambitious AI Innovation Builder – someone who loves exploring, experimenting, building new things, and most importantly, turning ideas into practical, high-impact solutions. This isn’t a role for someone who only wants to receive clearly defined tasks. We’re looking for a Builder – someone who can take an idea or a problem, explore the possibilities, choose the right tools, and build a solution from zero to a working product or process.

What You'll Do

• Build AI-powered products, tools, and processes from scratch.
• Work with AI models, APIs, Agents, Automations, and advanced AI tools.
• Explore new technologies and tools and quickly figure out how to turn them into real business value.
• Rapidly build POCs and prototypes – test, learn, iterate, and improve.
• Connect systems, data, AI, and business processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities where AI can solve problems, improve processes, and create value.
• Work independently and take end-to-end ownership, from the initial idea through execution.
  
  

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLMs – practical experience building, integrating, and using AI within products or processes.
• Familiarity and experience with APIs, automation tools, AI coding tools, Agents, RAG, Prompt Engineering, MCP, and/or Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
• Software development background – the programming language doesn’t matter. We’re not necessarily looking for years of experience, but you should be comfortable understanding and writing code and able to learn quickly.
• Strong technological curiosity and a constant drive to learn, explore, and experiment with new tools and technologies.
• Strong product and business mindset – the ability to understand real needs, identify opportunities, and turn ideas into solutions that create measurable business value.
• Creativity and strong problem-solving skills – the ability to find multiple ways to reach a goal and keep moving when the first approach doesn’t work.
• Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to move quickly from an idea to a working prototype.

• Someone who doesn’t wait for a perfect specification before getting started, but knows how to explore, ask questions, build a first version, get feedback, and keep moving.
• We care less about “How many years of experience do you have?” and more about “What have you tried to build, how quickly do you learn, and what can you create from scratch”
