Half-day Head of Digital Marketing, SEO & Growth

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Half-day Head of Digital Marketing, SEO & Growth based in Israel.

This fractional, remote leadership role offers the opportunity to shape digital strategy across a diverse portfolio of property management and service clients. You will establish strong digital foundations while overseeing SEO, paid media, local search, social channels, and conversion performance. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on technical expertise and quality control. You will guide execution teams, review campaigns and digital assets, and ensure everything meets high performance standards before launch. You will also work directly with clients, translating data and market insights into practical growth strategies. Accountabilities

• Develop and oversee multi-channel digital marketing strategies spanning SEO, paid advertising, local search, social media, and conversion optimisation.
• Establish and maintain digital marketing standards, reviewing, editing, and approving content, technical structures, websites, and campaign builds before publication.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and competitive analyses covering technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimisation, local search, search intent, and content opportunities.
• Manage and optimise Google Business Profiles, Google Ads PPC campaigns, and Meta advertising, with a strong focus on performance and accurate conversion tracking.
• Oversee website structures, schema markup, content development, and digital assets across WordPress, Duda, blogs, and social platforms.
• Supervise, coach, and provide constructive feedback to digital marketing and social media execution teams, ensuring consistently high-quality output.
• Lead client strategy, service, and reporting meetings, presenting performance data, search visibility, conversion insights, and recommendations for growth.
• Evaluate market and account performance across multiple clients and translate findings into actionable lead-generation and organic-growth initiatives.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution, ensuring digital channels remain accurate, aligned, and focused on business growth.
  
  

Requirements

• Senior-level experience managing end-to-end digital marketing operations, SEO strategy, paid media, and growth initiatives.
• Strong hands-on expertise across technical, on-page, local, and off-page SEO, including search-intent analysis and competitive research.
• Demonstrated ability to audit, supervise, direct, and improve the work of digital marketing and social media execution teams.
• Proven experience managing Google Business Profiles, Google Ads PPC campaigns, and Meta advertising platforms.
• Experience with client-facing strategy and service meetings, performance reporting, and managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of content creation, analytics, conversion tracking, lead-generation frameworks, and digital performance optimisation.
• Practical experience with WordPress, Duda, and schema markup implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn performance data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organisation, and quality-control skills, with the confidence to provide direct and constructive feedback.
• Agency experience managing client portfolios and organic growth programs is desirable.
• Comfortable working independently in a fractional role while collaborating effectively with remote teams and clients.
• Based in Poland and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
