IQC Inspector

We are looking for a skilled IQC Inspector to join our leading production team in Rehovot.

Key Responsibilities

• Incoming Inspection: Perform conformity and compliance inspections on electronic components and PCBAs arriving from local and international subcontractors.
• Visual & Documentation Verification: Conduct meticulous visual inspections (including the use of magnification tools and microscopes). Review engineering documents, test reports (CoC, CoT), and quality paperwork according to company specifications.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain ongoing communication with subcontractors, as well as internal R&D, Production, and Integration departments, to resolve quality issues at both component and assembly levels.
• Documentation & Reporting: Log and document all inspection findings. Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) when necessary and follow up on corrective actions.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector in the electronics/PCBA field – Must.
• Certifications: Certification in IPC-A-610 (or IPC-A-620) – Significant Advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience working with microscopes or specialized magnification equipment.
• Blueprint Reading: Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and assembly instructions.
• Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems (such as Priority) – Advantage.
• Languages: Good proficiency in English (required for reading technical specifications, reports, and quality documentation).
