Payroll Specialist – 50% Position

About the Role

A leading international luxury brand is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join its Finance team at its headquarters in Tel Aviv.

This is a 50% position focused on managing the company’s Israeli payroll. The company offers flexibility regarding the days and structure of the workweek.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end payroll process for employees in Israel.

Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.

Handle employee changes, benefits, pension contributions, vacation, sick leave, and other payroll-related matters.

Ensure compliance with Israeli payroll regulations and labor laws.

Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.

Work closely with the local and global Finance teams.

Requirements

At least 5 years of hands-on payroll experience in Israel.

Hands-on experience with Priority – required.

Strong knowledge of Israeli payroll regulations and employment practices.

Fluent Hebrew.

Strong Excel and computer skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage the payroll process from end to end.
