Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance and Repair Personnel role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The role involves performing routine and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure components. Responsibilities include inspecting machinery, diagnosing faults, and carrying out repairs using appropriate tools, manuals, and safety procedures. The Maintenance and Repair Personnel will document work performed, update maintenance logs, and report issues that require escalation or technical review. The role also includes collaborating with other team members, following safety and regulatory guidelines, and supporting scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in mechanical maintenance and repair, including troubleshooting and servicing industrial or infrastructure-related equipment.
• Basic electrical knowledge, including understanding of wiring, circuits, and safe working practices around electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation such as manuals, schematics, and maintenance instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail when diagnosing equipment issues and performing repairs.
• Commitment to safety protocols, including use of personal protective equipment and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technicians, engineers, and supervisors on-site.
• Physical ability to perform hands-on tasks, including lifting, bending, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
• Relevant vocational training, technical certification, or apprenticeship in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Prior experience in transportation, rail, or industrial infrastructure environments is an advantage.
