C++ Embedded Software developer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site C++ Embedded Software Developer role based in Kiryat Bialik. The developer will design, implement, and maintain embedded software solutions, focusing on real-time systems and performance-critical applications in C and C++. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code for embedded platforms, participating in software architecture discussions, and collaborating with hardware and multidisciplinary engineering teams. The role involves debugging and optimizing existing software, integrating new features, and ensuring reliability and stability through unit tests and system-level validation. The developer will also contribute to documentation and support continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C/C++ with proven experience in Embedded Software Programming and Embedded Software development.
• Hands-on experience in Software Development for embedded systems, including real-time or resource-constrained environments.
• Solid Debugging skills, including use of debuggers, logic analyzers, and other embedded development tools.
• Experience with Software Design, including modular architecture, interfaces, and design patterns appropriate for embedded platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of microcontrollers, RTOS, hardware interfaces (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C), and low-level drivers is an advantage.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Kiryat Bialik, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in English; Hebrew proficiency is a plus.
