Sodastream: Global Brand Specialist

Overview (English)

At Sodastream, part of PepsiCo, we're looking for a proactive and hands-on Global Brand Specialist to support the execution of our global brand identity, content, and marketing communications initiatives within the Global Marketing team. Working closely with the Global Brand Identity Marketing Manager, you will help bring our brand strategy to life across markets while gaining unique exposure to the way a global brand is built, governed, and evolved.

This role is designed for an ambitious marketer who is looking to accelerate their career in brand management and marketing communications. You will partner closely with senior marketing leaders, contribute to high-impact global projects, and play an active role in shaping how the SodaStream brand is expressed across markets and consumer touchpoints worldwide.

Responsibilities (English)

• Support the execution of global brand and marketing communications initiatives across markets and functions
• Manage day-to-day project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across multiple brand-related initiatives
• Coordinate brand governance processes and provide feedback on marketing materials to maintain a strong and consistent global brand identity
• Partner with global teams and local markets to ensure brand guidelines are understood, adopted, and applied consistently
• Support the global content development process, collaborating with internal stakeholders, agencies, and creative partners
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative content creation approaches, including AI-driven content processes
• Identify opportunities to improve brand tools, processes, and ways of working while helping drive operational excellence across the function
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, marketing communications, or a related field
• Strong passion for marketing, branding, content, and creative communications
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Creative mindset and strong interest in evaluating and improving brand and marketing content
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage constructively with global teams and local markets
• Positive, flexible, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
