We're looking for a Data Center Team Leader to support a large data center in Haifa.
What you'll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of data center technicians
- Oversee installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and security standards
- Coordinate incident response and manage escalations
- Drive continuous improvement and optimize data center performance
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in data center operations
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of servers, networking, cabling, and infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset
