CYBERLABS is recruiting instructors to lead practical, professional cyber training designed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to enter the information security world as SOC Analysts. The role includes delivering frontal and online classes, providing personal guidance to learners, conducting practical exercises, and making complex technological topics clear and engaging.

Training students with no prior technical background. We are looking for cyber instructors with professional knowledge, teaching skills, and a passion for technology. Instructors will join the training team and be responsible for delivering professional content and supporting participants throughout the training program. The position is suitable for information security professionals, IT personnel, cyber training graduates, Blue Team or Red Team members, and candidates with practical experience and a proven ability to transfer knowledge.

• Deliver lessons on cyber topics, information security, networks, operating systems, and professional tools.
• Facilitate Hands-on exercises in virtual lab environments.
• Explain complex technical topics in a clear, structured, and accessible language.
• Answer professional questions and provide personal guidance to participants.
• Track learner progress and provide professional feedback.
• Identify knowledge gaps and adjust the pace and level of instruction to the group.
• Incorporate real-world examples, attack/defense scenarios, and industry best practices.
• Assist in updating study materials in line with developments in the cyber world.
• Collaborate with the program team to improve the learning experience and participant achievements.

• Practical experience in cyber, IT, information security, and SOC.
• Mastery of communication networks, protocols, operating systems, and systems security.
• Familiarity with security tools, command-line interfaces, and Linux and Windows environments.
• Practical proficiency in SOC SIEM environments.
• Ability to explain technical processes and concepts clearly and in a structured manner.
• Experience in training, mentoring, teaching, or conducting workshops — a significant advantage.
• Ability to lead practical exercises and assist learners with troubleshooting.
• Service-oriented approach, patience, and ability to work with participants of varying knowledge levels.
• Responsibility, organization, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
• Good technical English proficiency.
• Willingness to teach evening classes according to the training schedule.

• Experience in SOC, monitoring, and security incident response.
• Experience in penetration testing, Red Team, Web Security, or Ethical Hacking.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS systems, and traffic analysis tools.
• Experience working with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or automation tools.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, DevSecOps, application security, or infrastructure security.
• Experience setting up labs, virtual machines, and practice environments.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, Security+, CEH, CySA+, OSCP, or equivalent certifications.
• Degree or studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber, or a related field.
• Experience preparing study materials, writing exercises, or building training programs.
• Familiarity with industry requirements and entry pathways into cyber roles.
