We’re Hiring | Commercial Lawyer

M. Tagar Law Firm is looking for a talented Commercial Lawyer to join our Commercial Department.

We are seeking a lawyer with strong commercial and corporate experience who is looking to take an active role in complex and diverse transactions, working closely with companies, investors and business clients in Israel and internationally.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial and corporate law

• Hands-on experience in M&A and investment transactions

• Experience conducting legal due diligence

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills

• Excellent English, including high-level legal drafting and professional communication

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a commercial mindset

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team

The role includes involvement in M&A and investment transactions from due diligence through negotiation and closing, drafting transaction documents and commercial agreements, and providing ongoing corporate and commercial legal advice.
