Taliaz is a growing digital mental health company combining technology, innovation, and professional care to improve access to mental health services. We are looking for a service-oriented, responsible, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our offices in Petach-Tikva and provide professional and compassionate support to our patients

What You’ll Do

• Provide personalized telephone support to patients
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and service requests
• Coordinate and communicate with physicians and clinical teams
• Manage emails, administrative inquiries, and ongoing tasks
• Work with CRM and internal operational systems
• Manage multiple requests and tasks simultaneously
• Ensure a professional, efficient, and positive patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, sales, or administration – an advantage
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Hebrew – fluent
