Role Description-

• Serving as a Physical Layer (PHY) & Wireless Algorithm Engineer, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing advanced PHY-layer and Beamforming algorithms for LTE/5G wireless systems.
• Architecting core PHY algorithms, including Channel Estimation, Control Loops (Time Tracking, Automatic Frequency Control - AFC), Beamforming, Localization, Precoding, and Interference Cancellation.
• Developing algorithm simulation models (Link-Level and System-Level) and transitioning mathematical models into efficient, low-latency Real-Time embedded implementations.
• Conducting comprehensive link-level and system-level performance validations, simulations, and verification pipelines.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Embedded Software, DSP, Hardware, and System Architecture squads to ensure robust end-to-end communication performance.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related discipline – Mandatory
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Algorithm Development and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) for Physical Layer (PHY) within LTE / 5G systems – Mandatory
• Proven expertise and practical implementation experience in Channel Estimation, Control Loops (Time Tracking, AFC), Beamforming, Precoding, and Interference Cancellation – Mandatory
• Deep, comprehensive theoretical and practical understanding of modern Wireless Communication Systems and Signal Processing – Mandatory
• Proven background in transitioning algorithm models into Real-Time system implementations – Mandatory
• Experience with Link Adaptation and Scheduling (MAC/PHY interface) – Advantage
• Hands-on programming experience with C / C++ or GPU acceleration (CUD
