NPI Engineer

Role Description-

• Serving as an NPI (New Product Introduction) & Process Engineer, leading the seamless transfer of next-generation precision motion systems and electro-mechanical products from R&D to mass production.
• Serving as the primary technical bridge and liaison between R&D, Production, Quality, and Operations squads.
• Defining, optimizing, and standardizing manufacturing workflows, assembly processes, test benches, and detailed Work Instructions (WI).
• Providing hands-on engineering support and rapid troubleshooting on active production and assembly lines.
• Driving in-depth Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Analysis (FA), and implementing robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Improving production yields, reducing scrap rates, and streamlining cycle times through process optimization.
• Managing engineering changes (ECOs), process qualifications, and validation protocols.
• Interfacing cross-functionally with multidisciplinary stakeholders across R&D, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline – Mandatory
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or NPI Engineering – Mandatory
• Substantial background working within Electro-Mechanical or Precision Hardware Manufacturing Environments – Mandatory
• Solid working knowledge of industrial quality methodologies and engineering tools: Lean Manufacturing, SPC, PFMEA, and 8D / Root Cause Analysis – Mandatory
• Strong hands-on technical orientation, analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and high accountability – Mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Hebrew and English – Mandatory
