Head of Compliance

Job Summary

The Head of Compliance will lead and drive the company's global compliance strategy, ensuring the effective implementation of ethics, regulatory, and risk management programs across multiple jurisdictions. Partner closely with senior leadership and business teams to strengthen a culture of integrity, accountability and compliance throughout the organization.

Objectives & Responsibilities

• Lead the company's global compliance function and compliance strategy.
• Design, implement and continuously enhance compliance policies, procedures and controls across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior management on compliance and regulatory matters affecting global operations.
• Manage and oversee compliance risk assessments, investigations, monitoring and remediation activities.
• Lead compliance training and awareness initiatives throughout the organization.
• Partner closely with Legal, HR, Finance, IT Security, Product, Operations, Sales and other business functions to ensure effective compliance integration.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise the business on emerging compliance risks and obligations.
• Foster a strong culture of ethics, integrity and accountability across the organization.
• Manage external advisers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensed attorney and admitted to practice law in Israel.
• Either:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as Head of Compliance, or in an equivalent compliance leadership role, in a global company; or
• A minimum of 5 years' experience leading and managing global compliance programs in a multinational organization.
• Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks and cross-border operations; Demonstrated experience supporting operations across several of the EU, UK, US, LATAM and APAC regions.
• Significant hands-on experience in several of the following areas:
• Data Protection and Privacy
• Export Controls and Trade Compliance
• Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC)
• ESG and sustainability-related compliance matters
• Corporate compliance and ethics programs
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Native level English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment and drive projects to completion.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
• Commercially minded, practical and solution-oriented approach to compliance challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in technology, telecommunications, software, electronics, IoT or other global high-tech sectors.
