We are hiring an IT Project Management Team Lead for a healthcare organization

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a team of Project Managers and Systems Analysts within a core systems division
Lead projects involving extensive integration interfaces
Characterize systemic and inter-system processes
Work with REST APIs and Kafka in an Agile environment
Manage and develop employees and lead technological and business interfaces

REQUIREMENTS

6+ years of experience in project management
2+ years of experience as a Team Lead of Project Managers / Systems Analysts
Experience in characterizing and managing projects with extensive integration interfaces
Hands-on experience working with REST APIs and Kafka
Experience working with Agile methodology and the ability to manage and develop employees
