Delivery Manager

Located in central Tel Aviv (approx. 15 minutes walk from the train station), operating on a hybrid work model with 1 day WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Technical Project Management (TPM) / Delivery Group Lead, managing a team of Project Managers and delivery specialists to drive complex software initiatives from inception to production.
• Overseeing end-to-end technical delivery for high-scale web platforms and online gaming infrastructure, ensuring high-quality execution, seamless cross-team dependencies, and on-time release schedules.
• Bridging technical architecture, product requirements, and engineering execution across development, QA, DevOps, Cloud, and Product squads.
• Championing Agile methodologies, SDLC governance, Release Management, and continuous deployment workflows.
• Designing and optimizing advanced Jira workflows, automation rules, operational dashboards, and delivery performance metrics.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with senior leadership, technical architects, and global stakeholders to ensure strategic roadmap alignment.

Requirements-

• Strong technical foundation with deep understanding of Software Architecture, APIs, System Integrations, Databases, Cloud infrastructure, and Production operations – Mandatory
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Project Management (TPM) / Delivery Management in software engineering organizations – Mandatory
• 2+ years of proven managerial experience leading Project Managers, TPMs, or Delivery teams – Mandatory
• Deep expertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies, Release Management, and full SDLC governance – Mandatory
• Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Jira (Workflows, Automations, Dashboards, Advanced Reporting) – Mandatory
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills – Mandatory
• Fluent, high-level English (both written and verbal) – Mandatory
