Electro-Optics Engineer

For the TAMM Plant, part of the Missile and Space Systems Group, we are seeking an Electro-Optics Engineer to join a project focused on the development of an innovative new optical sensor.

The role includes:

• Development of electro-optical sensors.
• Definition, execution, and analysis of experiments in an optical laboratory.
• Hands-on work with advanced optical equipment, lasers, and measurement systems.
• Collaboration with a multidisciplinary development team.

Requirements:

• M.Sc. in Physics, Electro-Optics, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• 3+ years of industry experience in developing optical/electro-optical systems.
• Hands-on experience working with optical equipment and lasers.
• In-depth theoretical knowledge of optics, lasers, and sensors.
• Experience with MATLAB or Python.
• Experience in control loop development and signal processing – an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with broad thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
