We are looking for a Senior Software Engineering Team Lead to build and lead a high-performing software engineering team from scratch. You will own the roadmap and vision, ensuring full alignment with business goals.

In This Role You Will Be

• Building and leading a high-performing software engineering team from scratch.
• Owning the roadmap and vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers, fostering technical excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Taking full ownership of team execution, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable software.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Security, and DevOps, to deliver impactful solutions.
• Contributing to architectural and strategic decisions, balancing innovation with reliability.
• Empowering engineers with autonomy, guiding them toward technical and professional growth.
  
  

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will:

• 2+ years' experience as a Software Engineering Team Leader at a SaaS company.
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer in a SaaS company.
• Have experience leading teams in a cloud-native environment, with a focus on microservices, distributed systems, and high-scale applications.
• Have a technical background in AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development frameworks.
• Demonstrate mentorship and leadership skills, with a track record of growing engineers into contributors and leaders.
• Be able to balance technical depth with high-level strategic thinking, driving both execution and vision.
• Be a problem-solver with decision-making ability in a high-impact environment.
