About the Role:

The Identity & Access Management Team Lead is responsible for the overall management of identity and access across the organization, from defining policies to their ongoing implementation across all information systems.

The role combines direct management of a team of three employees, professional responsibility for the organization’s Identity Management (IDM) system, and overall ownership of the role-based access control matrix and access provisioning processes across core systems.

The organization is initiating an enterprise IDM implementation project. As part of the role, the Team Lead will be responsible for managing and operating the system once implemented.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven managerial experience managing employees.
• At least 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Proven experience managing RBAC processes, including building, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise access matrices.
• Advanced knowledge of Identity and Access Management, including access models, user lifecycle management, and approval processes.
• Experience defining and managing access permissions across multiple enterprise information systems.
• Experience managing work plans and implementing control processes to monitor employees' work.
