Role Description The Senior C++ Windows Engineer will design, implement, and maintain advanced security-focused software components running on Windows platforms. This full-time, on-site role in Petah Tikva involves developing robust C++ code, integrating with Windows internals and system APIs, and optimizing performance and reliability for enterprise-scale deployments. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with product managers and architects on technical solutions, participating in code reviews, writing automated tests, and troubleshooting complex production issues. The engineer will contribute to architectural decisions, drive best practices in secure coding, and help improve development tools and workflows. Cross-functional collaboration with security researchers, DevOps, and support teams is expected to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable products.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in modern C++ (including STL), with experience building high-performance, production-grade applications on Windows.
• Hands-on experience with Windows internals (processes, services, memory management, IPC), Win32 APIs, and system-level programming.
• Background in security-oriented software, identity or access management, networking, or similar domains is highly beneficial.
• Experience with software design principles, object-oriented programming, multithreading, and debugging complex systems.
• Familiarity with development tools and practices such as Visual Studio, version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Ability to analyze requirements, write clear technical specifications, and deliver maintainable, well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Hebrew proficiency is an advantage.
