Our platform provides real-time monitoring, control, and operational intelligence and automation for cranes and construction sites, helping improve safety, productivity, and decision-making. The Role

Full Stack Developer (React / Next.js / Node.js) full time onsite.

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in building next-generation products in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Do

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack.

* Build modern, high-performance front-end applications using React and Next.js.

* Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js.

* Implement and optimize Server-Side Rendering (SSR) solutions.

* Collaborate closely with a small, agile team to rapidly deliver product features.

* Utilize AI-assisted and agentic development workflows to increase productivity and innovation.

* Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technical direction of the product.

Must-Have Qualifications

* 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.

* Strong expertise in React.

* Proven experience with Next.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).

* Solid backend development experience with Node.js.

* Experience working with AI-assisted / agentic workflows and modern development tools.

* Comfortable working in a startup environment with high ownership and autonomy.

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice-to-Have Skills

* Python development experience.

* Experience with Apache Spark.

* Familiarity with Databricks.

* Experience working with Azure Cloud services.

* Background in Industrial IoT (IIoT) platforms, data pipelines, or connected devices.
