Senior Architect / Interior Designer — Team Lead

Shlomit Berrebi Studio is looking for an experienced architect or interior designer to take on a senior role, leading the studio team alongside founder and principal Shlomit Berrebi.

Based in Tel Aviv, our architecture and interior design studio works across a wide range of scales and sectors, including residential, workplace, commercial, hospitality and building preservation. We collaborate with private clients and large corporations, developing each project from its initial concept through to the smallest details of execution.

The position combines hands-on design leadership with responsibility for the studio’s team and day-to-day workflow. The role includes concept development, space planning, presentations, construction drawings, material and FF&E selection, coordination with consultants, contractors and suppliers, and oversight of design quality, project progress and deadlines.

What we are looking for:

• At least 6 years of experience at leading architecture or interior design practices
• A degree in architecture, interior design or a related field
• Full proficiency in Revit — mandatory
• Proven experience leading a team and managing multiple projects
• Strong skills in planning, concept development and construction documentation
• A thorough understanding of materials, bespoke details, furniture and FF&E
• Excellent organization, independence and the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Israeli building standards and construction processes is an advantage
