• Full-time, hybrid. Our office is in Shoham, Israel
• Reports to the VP Product and CTO.

About the role

Our app and parent display units are where the promise is kept. What a parent opens at 3

AM, half-awake, to find their baby is fine. It has to be intuitive, simple, and beautiful, helping

caregivers focus on what truly matters.

• You'll own that product: what we build, in what order, and to what standard. You'll work the

seam where the app meets the device, and you'll hold the quality bar with both our internal

engineers and our external development partners.

• Talk to parents constantly, in the US, in the UK, wherever they are, and to be good enough at it that they tell you what's actually going on rather than what they think you want to hear.
• This is a role with a lot of rope. If you want ownership at the scale a founder has, without

founding anything yet, that's what this is.

What you'll own:

• Talking to parents and consistently learning about the users: you reach out, make the

calls, study product and app engagement, and turn what you hear and see into

product decisions.

• The app roadmap: what gets built, in what order, and when it ships.
• Working with hardware, firmware, and QA so the device and the app behave as one

product.

• Reliability: connectivity, latency, and notification delivery. You define what's "working"means and check that it holds in real homes.
• Specs that both our engineers and an outside partner can build from, with clear

acceptance criteria.

• Working closely with design on the details of each screen.
• Keeping R&D, hardware, marketing, support and operations aligned, mostly without

formal authority.

• Deciding what not to build. We add features and alerts only when they clearly earn it.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in product management, including at least 2 years owning a consumer mobile app on iOS and Android.
• Products you shipped that people use - we'll ask what worked and what didn't.
• You work with data directly. You define your own metrics and pull your own numbers.
• You communicate well, and people want to work with you. You can disagree with engineering and keep the relationship. You have taste in design and can go into detail with a designer.
• You've worked in a small company or team, where you were responsible for a lot.
• Fluent in spoken English: You can hold an unscripted conversation with a parent on a call.

Strong advantage

• Worked on apps connected to physical devices (hardware, IoT, wearables) and/or related to parenting, wellness, health, or sleep.
• UX/UI background before product.
• Journalism, research, or another job where you interviewed people for a living.
• You've started something of your own.
• You know US or UK consumer culture well, from living there or working closely with those markets.
