Product Manager

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced, execution-driven Product Manager to join our team. You will own product features end-to-end, collaborate closely with engineering and design, and drive the delivery of high-impact solutions aligned with company objectives and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and deliver a product roadmap aligned with company objectives and user feedback, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features
• Align cross-functional stakeholders and communicate product vision clearly across the organization
• Own and design product features from start to finish, including feature specification, functional & non-functional requirements, user stories, defining acceptance criteria and UAT before release
• Work closely with engineering managers and UX designers to deliver seamless product experiences
• Define and analyze KPIs, set achievable goals, and use data to prioritize and optimize product development
• Proactively address challenges and production issues with effective, timely solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on product management experience of B2C products
• Track record of shipping products on time and at scale
• Strong ability to work with engineering on complex backend architectures
• Strong technical background — APIs, SQL, and experience working with third-party integrations
• Experience analysing user behaviour to uncover insights and inform product decisions
• Proven experience leveraging AI tools in day-to-day product management work
• Hands-on experience working with JIRA & Confluence
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial & Management Engineering, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Familiarity and experience with the online gaming / casino industry
• Experience with online payments systems and flows
• Experience with CRM tools such as MS Dynamics
