Recruitment Manager

About the Role:

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of blue-collar and white-collar roles across the organization.
• Manage and develop a team of Recruitment Coordinators/Specialists, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and driving the team toward excellence.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
• Design and implement advanced recruitment processes to improve hiring quality and reduce time-to-fill.
• Lead the implementation of recruitment systems and tools to streamline and optimize hiring processes.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience recruiting for a variety of positions within the logistics industry - mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a recruitment function and managing a team of recruitment coordinators/specialists - mandatory.
• Strong ability to drive processes, perform effectively under pressure, and deliver fast, high-quality results.
• Strong leadership presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of service orientation.
