Product Manager

Unipaas is a Payment as a Service platform helping SaaS companies and enterprise merchants embed payments, improve customer experience, and create new revenue streams.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, highly technical Product Manager to lead a product squad and own key areas of our embedded payments platform.

You will own the product from customer problem and discovery through prioritization, delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.

What You'll Do

• Lead a product squad - own priorities, outcomes, backlog and execution together with Engineering and Design.
• Own products end-to-end, from discovery and PRD through launch and optimization.
• Work directly with customers, Sales and Customer Success to identify real problems and opportunities.
• Define APIs, payment flows, integrations and complex financial workflows together with Engineering.
• Own product KPIs and use data to drive prioritization and decisions.
• Build and test flows and prototypes before development.
• Drive excellent UX across onboarding, payments, payouts, reporting and operational workflows.
• Research competitors, payment trends and new technologies.
• Use AI tools daily to significantly increase product velocity and quality.

AI-HANDS-ON Product Management

We expect Product Managers in 2026 to be hands-on AI users.

You should be comfortable using:

• ChatGPT / Claude - research, product discovery, analysis, PRDs and problem solving.
• Cursor / Claude Code - understanding code, APIs, debugging integrations and building lightweight prototypes.
• Figma / Figma Make - UX exploration and working prototypes.
• Mixpanel / FullStory + SQL - product analytics and user behavior.
• Jira - planning, documentation and squad execution.

You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be able to use AI to prototype ideas, interrogate data, understand technical implementations and reduce dependency on others for basic product work.

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS / Fintech.
• Proven experience leading a product squad and shipping complex products.
• Strong payments experience - acquiring, tokenization, payouts, settlements, reconciliation, refunds and chargebacks.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and platform / white-label products.
• Strong analytical skills and experience owning product KPIs.
• Excellent UX instincts for complex B2B workflows.
• technical understanding and ability to work deeply with Engineering.
• Hands-on, daily use of modern AI tools as part of the product development process.
• Strong ownership, judgment and ability to move quickly with limited supervision.

Nice to Have

• Experience with online payments, platforms or marketplaces.
• Accounting, ledger or reconciliation experience.
• Experience building AI-powered product features.
