A leading industrial organization is seeking an experienced AI Team Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI solutions.

This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, hands-on development, and team management, with a strong focus on implementing advanced AI technologies across the organization. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, AI Agents, and enterprise integrations within a hybrid Azure and On-Prem environment.

As a key member of the technology leadership team, you will drive AI innovation, lead development efforts, and help transform business processes through cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AI developers, providing technical guidance and establishing development best practices.
• Define and execute AI roadmaps, project plans, milestones, and delivery objectives.
• Design and develop enterprise AI architectures leveraging LLMs, RAG solutions, and AI Agents.
• Build and optimize end-to-end RAG pipelines, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and retrieval processes.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Graph API, and additional business applications.
• Ensure security, governance, access control, and data protection standards are implemented across AI solutions.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and lead AI initiatives from concept and proof of concept through production deployment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or similar role within AI, Data Science, or Software Engineering teams.
• Proven experience working in large enterprise environments with complex business and technology ecosystems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python development and building production-grade applications and services.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing RAG solutions in production environments.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and/or OpenAI technologies, software architecture, API development, and scalable AI platforms.
