Role Description The Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Migdal HaEmek. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger management, monthly and quarterly closing processes, and preparation of financial statements and reports. The Controller monitors budgets, forecasts cash flow, and analyzes variances to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Daily tasks include managing accounting policies and internal controls, coordinating audits and tax filings, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company procedures. The Controller collaborates closely with senior management, operations, and project teams to provide financial insights, manage cost structures, and support pricing and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong financial accounting and reporting skills, including proficiency in general ledger management, closing processes, and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost control within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and audit processes, with the ability to implement and improve financial procedures.
• Proficiency with ERP and accounting software, advanced Excel skills, and comfort working with data and financial models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present financial information clearly.
• Prior experience as a Controller or senior accountant in a global or export-oriented company is beneficial.
