Located in the Central region (walking distance from the train station), operating on an on-site / field-based model.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Hands-On System Integration & Deployment Engineer, responsible for the end-to-end implementation, field integration, configuration, and technical support of mission-critical software systems at customer operational sites.
• Conducting extensive field operations (50%–60% travel), primarily across client and defense sites throughout Israel, with occasional travel abroad.
• Leading on-site hardware, software, OS, network, and security integrations within complex operational environments.
• Troubleshooting complex system-level issues, network anomalies, and infrastructure faults under tight timelines.
• Interfacing directly with defense clients, end-users, and internal R&D/QA squads to ensure smooth system handover and operational continuity.

Requirements-

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator, System Integration Engineer, or Field Deployment Engineer – Mandatory
• Eligibility for Israeli Security Clearance – Mandatory
• Extensive administration experience within Windows Server environments (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP) – Mandatory
• Solid background in Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) – Mandatory
• Deep understanding of Networking architectures (LAN, WAN, Switches, Routers - Cisco, Dell) and enterprise firewalls (Fortinet, Check Point) – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience with endpoint security solutions (EDR / Host-based security agents) – Mandatory
• Strong, independent troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) skills in complex distributed environments – Mandatory
• Valid driver’s license and willingness for frequent field travel (50%–60%) across the country – Mandatory
• High proficiency in both Hebrew and English (verbal and written) – Mandatory
