System Engineer – Defense Company | Yehud

We are looking for a System Engineer to join a leading defense company in Yehud.

The role combines broad system-level responsibility with close collaboration with development teams, including engineering leadership across multiple projects in a dynamic, challenging, and highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own systems or subsystems throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Define and document system requirements and specifications.
• Develop system architecture and lead engineering reviews.
• Work directly with customers and represent the engineering solution.
• Analyze and solve complex technological challenges.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to implement system requirements.
• Break down requirements and work plans into development tasks.
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Work in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / B.A. in Engineering – Systems, Software, Electrical, Mechanical, or a relevant engineering field.
• 4+ years of experience as a System Engineer.
• Experience working with software development teams.
• Experience writing system requirements and specifications.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading systems or projects end-to-end.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Experience in the defense industry or a technological background in the IDF – Unit 9900 experience is an advantage.
