Senior Buyer

FACTORY 54, Israel’s leading fashion and lifestyle group, representing the world’s most prestigious international luxury brands, is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to lead its commercial strategy and manage collections.

This role carries end-to-end responsibility for buying processes, direct collaboration with international brands and suppliers, and professional leadership of teams and multiple cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the buying process from planning to execution
• Ongoing analysis of sales performance, inventory levels, and profitability
• Close collaboration with Retail, Marketing, PR, and Content teams
• Building and managing buying budgets, with continuous monitoring of targets and financial performance
• Direct communication and negotiation with international brands and suppliers
• Leading and managing a team of buyers, including goal setting, performance monitoring, and professional guidance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Buyer- mandatory
• Proven experience in team management, including target achievement, performance tracking, and professional leadership
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments
• Fluent English (spoken, written, and reading)- mandatory
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset
• Deep knowledge of the international fashion market and current global trends
• High proficiency in Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
• Willingness to travel abroad
