Embedded Software Engineer

Role Description-

• Joining the Pro-AV Core Software Team to architect, develop, optimize, and maintain real-time embedded software for next-generation semiconductor products focused on high-speed data transmission and ultra-low latency multimedia connectivity.
• Translating high-level system specifications and architectural concepts into robust, detailed software designs and implementation plans.
• Collaborating closely with Hardware/ASIC Engineers, System Architects, and Verification teams across the entire chip development lifecycle.
• Ensuring high-standard code quality and maintainability through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Authoring comprehensive technical documentation covering software architecture, low-level design, and system interfaces.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical field – Mandatory
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Real-Time Embedded Software Development – Mandatory
• Strong programming proficiency in C and C++ for embedded platforms / microcontrollers / SoCs – Mandatory
• Solid experience with version control systems (Git or SVN) – Mandatory
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated testing pipelines – Advantage
• Hands-on experience with Multimedia Protocols (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB, audio interfaces) or High-Speed Connectivity interfaces – Significant Advantage
• Background in Semiconductor, Pro-AV, Video/Audio Processing, or DSP-based environments – Advantage
