Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist

Defense-tech startup | Full-time position

We are looking for a Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist to take ownership of the entire supply chain process—from purchase order placement through material delivery to the production floor.

Key responsibilities:

🔹 Manage end-to-end international import processes

🔹 Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers

🔹 Select shipping methods and manage Incoterms and international trade documentation

🔹 Monitor shipments and handle delays and exceptions

🔹 Receive materials and verify compliance with purchase orders

🔹 Manage warehouse operations, inventory levels, stock counts, and discrepancies

🔹 Handle supplier returns and non-conformance reports (NCRs)

🔹 Manage kitting processes and material allocation to the production floor

🔹 Ensure material availability and help prevent production downtime

🔹 Track logistics KPIs, including delivery times, shipping costs, and inventory accuracy

🔹 Operate and maintain the warehouse management process within the ERP system

Requirements:

✅ 3–6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management

✅ Proven experience in international imports and working with freight forwarders and customs brokers

✅ Familiarity with international trade documents, including L/Cs, B/Ls, customs declarations, and certificates of origin

✅ Experience managing warehouse and inventory operations in a manufacturing environment

✅ Strong business-level English, both written and spoken

Significant advantages:
