Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our vacation apartment management team in Tel Aviv.

The position combines customer service, reservations, guest communication, and work with modern digital and AI-based systems.

Main Responsibilities

• Handling guest inquiries and reservations from start to finish.
• Communicating with guests by phone, WhatsApp, email, and booking platforms.
• Managing new reservations, changes, cancellations, payments, and guest requests.
• Providing clear information to guests before and during their stay.
• Reviewing reservation details and guest accounts.
• Working with our reservation management system and other digital tools.
• Providing professional and service-oriented solutions to guests.

Requirements

• Very good English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong computer and technology skills and the ability to learn new digital systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Good attention to detail.
• Experience with the Optima reservation system is an advantage.

Position Details

* Suitable for students.

* Work is based on shifts.

* Includes occasional weekend shifts.

* Some shifts can be performed from home.

* Position based in Tel Aviv.
