Located in the Sharon / Central region, operating on a full-time, on-site work model.

Role Description

• Serving as a Hands-On IT Manager / Technical Lead (individual contributor role, no direct reports), reporting directly to the CIO and taking complete End-to-End professional ownership over the corporate IT infrastructure and operations.
• Architecting, deploying, and maintaining enterprise cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure.
• Managing and securing corporate networks, including routers, switches, enterprise Wi-Fi deployments, VPN tunnels, and network troubleshooting.
• Leading security operations and network defense, with deep configuration and maintenance of the complete Fortinet security ecosystem (Firewalls, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiClient EMS).
• Administering core corporate systems, including Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), Windows Server environments, enterprise storage solutions, and virtualization platforms.
• Investigating security incidents, resolving complex technical escalations, and collaborating closely with the existing IT team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, Network Engineering, or IT Technical Management – Mandatory
• In-depth, hands-on expertise with the Fortinet ecosystem: FortiGate Firewalls, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiClient EMS – Mandatory
• Solid background in Networking: enterprise switches, routers, Wi-Fi architectures, routing protocols, and VPN configurations – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on administration and deployment experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environments – Mandatory
• Strong expertise in Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server – Mandatory
• Extensive experience with Storage systems and Virtualization platforms (Hyper-V / VMware) – Mandatory
• Background in managing IT within multidisciplinary, tech, or IoT/Hardware-oriented companies – Advantage
