🔎 I’m Hiring | IT Infrastructure & Communications Manager

I’m looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Communications Manager to join our team and lead the university’s technology infrastructure.

This is a key management and technology role with responsibility for our infrastructure team and the planning, operation, resilience, and continuous development of the university’s IT environment.

The role includes:

• Leading and developing the IT infrastructure team

• Managing compute, networking, virtualization, storage, backup, and availability environments

• Leading end-to-end infrastructure projects — from architecture and planning through budgeting, implementation, and delivery

• Capacity planning, High Availability, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery

• Managing budgets, vendors, licensing, service agreements, and procurement processes

• Evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve reliability, efficiency, and service

• Supporting the continued evolution of our cloud and hybrid infrastructure

What we’re looking for:

• Significant experience managing IT infrastructure in a medium-to-large organization

• Proven experience leading technical teams and developing people

• Strong background in infrastructure, networking, virtualization, storage, and backup technologies

• Experience managing projects, budgets, vendors, and procurement

• Familiarity with identity and access management, High Availability, and Disaster Recovery

• Experience with cloud and hybrid environments is an advantage

• Strong systems thinking, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
