Engineering Project Manager

ELTA Systems is looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering projects within its Airborne Systems division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering projects and develop and manage comprehensive project work plans.
• Coordinate between multiple organizational and engineering functions and manage task execution and priorities.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage activities with software teams and subcontractors.
• Initiate procurement activities and support hardware and software development.
• Coordinate and manage project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts between engineering and managerial requirements.
• Maintain close coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering – required.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects – required.
• At least 3 years of project management experience – required.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies – required.
• Experience leading teams and managing matrixed resources – required.
• Experience working with subcontractors – required.
• Fluent English, including technical English – required.
• Experience with airborne platforms – an advantage.
• Experience managing defense projects – an advantage.
• Experience working with large organizations – an advantage.
