About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Data Owner to lead enterprise-wide Data initiatives from the business perspective.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who combines deep business understanding with strong expertise in modern Data platforms and Enterprise Data Architecture. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex business needs into scalable Data and Analytics solutions while driving enterprise-wide Data strategy.

The role owns the business vision of Enterprise Data solutions, while partnering closely with IT, BI, Data Engineering, Architecture and external vendors to deliver high-impact initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Lead enterprise-wide Data and BI initiatives from strategy through delivery.
• Own Enterprise Data Products that support business processes and executive decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into Data & Analytics solutions.
• Partner with senior leadership, business stakeholders and IT teams to define priorities and drive execution.
• Lead cross-functional BI, Data and external vendor teams.
• Design and drive Enterprise Data solutions leveraging SAP Datasphere, Data Lake and modern Data platforms.
• Lead data integration across SAP and enterprise systems.
• Drive Data harmonization across business units and systems.
• Define Data Models, Business Rules, Semantic Layers and Enterprise Data Architecture.
• Lead Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Lineage and Single Source of Truth initiatives.
• Drive enterprise-wide Data Transformation and organizational change.
• Define Data roadmaps, priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Challenge technical solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization and improved business insights.

Requirements:

• Significant experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience with SAP Datasphere or strong knowledge of SAP's modern Data Architecture.
• Experience working with Enterprise Data Lake environments.
• Proven experience leading complex Enterprise Data, BI or Analytics projects.
• Deep understanding of Data Architecture, Data Modeling and Data Integration.
• Experience defining Business Rules and enterprise data models.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within large organizations.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, vendors and strategic initiatives.
• Strong business orientation with the ability to influence decision-making across the organization.
