Role Description The Chief Executive Officer will provide overall strategic leadership, set the vision, and drive execution across all functions of YOPI Technologies LTD. This full-time, on-site role in Shaar HaNegev Regional Council involves overseeing company operations, financial performance, and organizational growth, while ensuring alignment with the mission of advancing preventive healthcare and sports physiology. The CEO will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement business plans, build partnerships, and expand market presence in health, sports, and technology sectors. Key day-to-day responsibilities include leading fundraising and investor relations, guiding product and commercialization strategy, strengthening sales and marketing efforts, and cultivating a high-performance, inclusive culture. The CEO will represent the company with customers, partners, regulators, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance, ethical practices, and long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Strong finance and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and oversight of capital allocation.
• Proven operations management and business planning experience, with the ability to scale processes and teams in a technology-driven organization.
• Demonstrated sales leadership and commercial acumen, including building go-to-market strategies and driving revenue growth.
• Expertise in strategic planning, with a track record of defining and executing long-term vision and competitive positioning.
• Previous CEO, founder, or senior executive experience in healthtech, medtech, wearables, sports science, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and create a diverse, inclusive, and performance-oriented culture.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging investors and partners.
• Relevant academic background (e.g., business, engineering, life sciences) and familiarity with regulated healthcare environments are advantageous.
