Technical Enablement & Demo Engineer – Enterprise SaaS

Your AI Agents Handle Production. You Architect the System and Face the Customer.

We're hiring a forward-deployed enablement engineer who lives at the edge of what's possible with AI — someone who designs agent-driven systems that produce enterprise-grade onboarding, documentation, and demos, then walks into the room and delivers with authority. You'll work directly with Fortune 100 brands across community engagement and social media management products, serving as both the technical architect behind the curtain and the trusted face in front of the customer.

This is not a role where you write docs by hand, build decks from templates, or iterate in a chat window. You design the machinery — prompts, context layers, agent skills, verification pipelines — and the machinery does the producing. Your job is to make that machinery smarter every week.

The Work

• Lead enterprise onboarding programs — guide admins, moderators, and business users through structured adoption sessions that compress time-to-value. Feed every lesson back into the system so the next cohort ramps even faster.
• Own product demos end to end — prospect calls, customer QBRs, executive showcases alongside product leadership. You build the environments, craft the narrative, run the dry runs, and cover newly shipped features the same day they land.
• Keep documentation and training materials perpetually current — within days of every release, not weeks. AI agents you've configured do the drafting; you verify every screenshot, every workflow step, every claim against the live product.
• Engineer the AI-native backbone of everything above — this is the center of gravity. You build and iterate on the prompt chains, knowledge bases, guardrails, and autonomous verification loops that let agents take over entire categories of enablement output. Success means each deliverable type requires less of your direct involvement over time.
• Convert field signals into organizational leverage — package recurring customer questions into self-serve resources, distill onboarding friction into structured product feedback, and publish reusable agent configs and prompt libraries to shared repos so your teammates benefit immediately.
• Maintain an async operating rhythm — daily standups, work-log updates, and weekly goal reviews with recorded demos that keep distributed stakeholders aligned.
  
  

What You Bring

• An AI-native operating style that's second nature. You think in systems, not sessions. Your instinct is to build the scaffolding — context, examples, checks — that lets agents execute autonomously, then verify and ship.
• 3+ years working hands-on with enterprise community engagement or social media management platforms — administering, configuring, onboarding, or driving adoption for demanding organizations.
• Battle-tested customer presence. You've delivered live demos, trainings, or workshops to enterprise audiences and stayed composed alongside C-level stakeholders. Clear, confident spoken English is non-negotiable.
• A quality bar that doesn't bend. You build automated verification into agent workflows and personally audit output before it reaches a customer. Hallucinated instructions and outdated screenshots are unacceptable.
• Product intuition and editorial polish. Given a goal rather than a spec, you return work that's audience-aware, visually clean, and ready to represent the brand in front of a Fortune 100 logo.
• Fluency across frontier AI tooling. You assign real units of work to agents, swap models based on current benchmarks, and never stop experimenting. Tool loyalty takes a back seat to results.
• Relentless self-direction. You chase blockers down instead of flagging them up. Ownership covers the tedious work just as fully as the high-profile moments.

• Admin-level experience operating an enterprise community or social platform instance.
• Background in instructional design, technical writing, or curriculum architecture.
