Warehouse & Logistics Operator at R&D

Beth-El Industries is searching for a Warehouse & Logistics Operator to join our R&D Department.

We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive team member to manage the department's warehouse activities and support planning and coordination of product development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive materials from internal company shipments and arrange outgoing shipments to other warehouses within the company.
• Manage R&D warehouse inventory and organize materials according to department projects.
• Perform inventory transactions in the ERP system and conduct inventory counts.
• Prepare kits and support the department teams with ordering required items and components.
• Order parts and equipment for prototypes from company warehouses, follow up on deliveries.
• Support planning of department work in the ERP system, in cooperation with Production Planning (Tapi).
• Handle MRB reports for defective items.
• Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehousing, Production Planning, Engineering, and other company departments.
• Other tasks within the R&D department as needed.

Requirements

• Valid forklift license – required.
• Previous experience in warehouse management and logistics – required.
• Experience working with ERP systems and computerized environments – required.
• Ability to read technical drawings – advantage.
• Familiarity with product development processes and R&D environments – advantage.
• Experience with basic work planning and scheduling – an advantage.
• Willingness to perform hands-on physical work.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with multiple interfaces across the organization.
