Digital Hardware Engineer

Located in the Shfela / Central region, operating on an on-site work model (with degree of flexibility).

Role Description-

• Leading End-to-End Hardware Development, driving projects from initial requirements definition and architectural design through validation, integration, and mass production handover (NPI).
• Designing complex Mixed-Signal and High-Speed digital boards, conducting schematic capture, layout oversight, and component selection.
• Executing Hardware Bring-Up, Board-Level Validation, and System Integration in close collaboration with Embedded Software and Firmware teams.
• Performing circuit simulations, signal integrity analyses, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Partnering cross-functionally with Software, Testing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product squads to ensure high reliability and seamless product delivery.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Hardware Engineering / Board Design – Mandatory
• Strong, hands-on expertise in Mixed-Signal Circuit Design – Mandatory
• Proven background in High-Speed Digital Design – Mandatory
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent exact science field – Advantage
• Experience with circuit simulation tools (e.g., PSPICE / LTspice) – Advantage
• Practical knowledge in DDR memory interfaces and high-speed bus architectures – Advantage
• Experience in Amplifier / Analog Circuit Design – Advantage
• Proven track record in System Architecture, Component Selection, Bring-Up, Validation, and Production Transfer (NPI) – Advantage
