A leading financial organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced AI Developer to build AI Agents and Agentic Workflows, integrate AI throughout the Software Development Lifecycle, and drive adoption across Development and QA teams.

This is a hands on role combining Software Engineering, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Developer Experience.

What You'll Do

• Build AI Agents and Agentic Workflows for software engineering use cases

• Integrate AI tools across Development and QA workflows

• Identify high impact AI use cases throughout the SDLC

• Develop methodologies and best practices for AI Assisted Development

• Work with LangChain, Langflow, Langfuse, GitHub Copilot, and similar tools

• Support developers in integrating AI into their daily workflows

• Improve Developer Productivity through AI

• Lead workshops and technical training for engineering teams

• Measure adoption, usage, and effectiveness of AI solutions

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional Software Development experience, required

• Hands on experience developing AI Agents integrated into software development workflows, required

• Practical experience with AI tools for Software Development, required

• Deep understanding of modern SDLC practices

• Experience working closely with Development and engineering teams

• Strong hands on technical capabilities

• Ability to drive adoption and influence technical users

• Excellent communication and self learning skills
