About the Company

We are a growing residential real estate development company based in Tel Aviv, focused on the development, construction, and delivery of high-quality residential projects in Israel. As we continue to expand our portfolio and operations, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our management team.

The Role

The CFO will be a key member of the company's senior management team, responsible for leading all financial, accounting, treasury, and strategic finance activities. The role will work closely with the CEO, shareholders, banks, investors, legal advisors, auditors, and project teams to support the company's growth and ensure strong financial management across its development portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

o  Lead the company's overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

o  Manage all accounting, finance, treasury, tax, and cash-flow activities.

o  Oversee financial management of residential development projects from acquisition and financing through construction, sales, and completion.

o  Develop and maintain project-level financial models, budgets, cash-flow forecasts, and profitability analyses.

o  Lead relationships with banks, lenders, institutional investors, financial institutions, auditors, and other financial partners.

o  Manage project financing, including construction loans, credit facilities, refinancing, and capital structure.

o  Monitor liquidity, working capital, debt exposure, and financial risks across the company and its projects.

o  Provide management and shareholders with clear financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic and investment decisions.

o  Participate in the evaluation of new land acquisitions, development opportunities, joint ventures, and other investments.

o  Establish and improve financial controls, processes, reporting systems, and KPIs.

o  Oversee tax planning and compliance in coordination with external advisors.

o  Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.

o  Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, financing covenants, and corporate governance requirements.

Requirements

o  10+ years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within real estate development, construction, investment, or a related industry.

o  Previous experience as a CFO, VP Finance, Finance Director, or senior financial executive.

o  Strong understanding of residential real estate development economics and project finance.

o  Proven experience working with banks and securing/managing real estate financing.

o  Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.

o  Excellent understanding of accounting, cash management, taxation, and financial reporting.

o  Experience managing multiple projects and complex corporate structures.

o  Strong commercial and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate financial data into business decisions.

o  Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

o  High level of integrity, ownership, attention to detail, and business judgment.

o  Fluent Hebrew and English.
