LLM Engineer (AI)

The company develops an advanced, AI-native autonomous agent platform that delivers enterprise-grade customer interaction capabilities, hyper-personalization, and rapid automation to SMBs eliminating traditional technical complexities and high overhead.

Backed by substantial early-stage venture capital funding from premier investors, the company is building its core Founding Engineering group with a high-caliber team of dozens of professionals in Israel.

Located in central Tel Aviv (adjacent to the light-rail station), operating on a hybrid work model with 1 day WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Joining as a foundational Senior AI / Backend Engineer (Founding Team), taking complete ownership over core system architecture, scalable AI infrastructure, and production AI deployments.
• Designing and building high-throughput Multi-Agent Systems, advanced reasoning pipelines, and streaming inference engines.
• Developing resilient backend services and data workflows primarily using Python across modern Cloud environments (AWS / GCP).
• Establishing end-to-end operational capabilities for production AI systems, including Prompt Management, Fault Tolerance, Model Monitoring, and Distributed Logging.
• Bridging advanced GenAI/LLM research with production-grade software engineering to power mission-critical autonomous customer interactions.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software/Electrical Engineering, or relevant IDF technology unit background – Mandatory
• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience specializing in Backend Development or Machine Learning Engineering – Mandatory
• Extensive, production-grade programming experience with Python – Mandatory
• Proven, hands-on track record of deploying and maintaining AI / LLM / GenAI systems in Production – Mandatory
• Practical experience architecting Multi-Agent Systems, Agentic Workflows, Reasoning Pipelines, or Streaming Inference – Mandatory
• Solid background in Cloud infrastructure, containerization, and distributed architectures (AWS / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes) – Mandatory
