Hardware Engineer

An innovative, fast-growing startup developing breakthrough Wireless Power Transfer technology for advanced robotics, autonomous systems, and industrial automation.

The company operates with an agile, high-impact team of dozens of professionals where each engineer drives critical architectural decisions and has end-to-end ownership over core product delivery.

Located in the Southern / Negev region (adjacent to the train station), operating on a full-time, on-site work model.

Role Description-

• Taking full End-to-End ownership over the hardware development of complex, high-power systems from architecture and schematic design to board design, bring-up, debugging, validation, and transition to mass production (NPI).
• Designing and implementing High-Frequency Inverters, DC-DC Converters, Analog Front-End (AFE), and Power Management circuitry.
• Leading hardware-system integration while collaborating closely with Embedded Software, Mechanical, Systems, and Manufacturing teams.
• Solving complex engineering challenges across Power Electronics, High Voltage, High Current, EMI/EMC mitigation, and thermal management.
• Driving the technical roadmap and hardware architecture for the next-generation wireless power platform.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering – Mandatory
• 6+ years of hands-on experience specializing in Power Electronics / Hardware Power Design – Mandatory
• Proven expertise in designing DC-DC Converters and High-Power/High-Current systems – Mandatory
• Strong practical experience with Analog Sensors and Analog Front-End (AFE) circuit design – Mandatory
• Hands-on proficiency in Board Design, Hardware Bring-Up, Debugging, and Lab Test Equipment – Mandatory
• In-depth understanding of EMI/EMC standards, high-frequency design, and design for manufacturing (DFM/DFT) – Significant Advantage
• Background in the Robotics, Autonomous Vehicles, or Wireless Power domains – Advantage
