Role Description

• Leading the Hardware Product Engineering Team within the Production & Operations group, managing a multidisciplinary team of Board Design and Mechanical Engineers.
• Taking complete End-to-End ownership over product maturity from R&D transition through full mass production readiness (NPI), ongoing reliability, and product lifecycle management.
• Formulating and executing the Design for Testability (DFT) strategy and establishing automated manufacturing test solutions.
• Conducting deep-dive failure investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and continuous quality and yield improvements for complex systems combining Board Design, RF, and mechanical interfaces.
• Performing hands-on lab validation using advanced test equipment, while collaborating closely with R&D, Production, Quality, Product, and Customer Success departments.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or an exact science field from a leading recognized university – Mandatory
• 5+ years of proven managerial experience leading engineering teams (e.g., Hardware / System / Product Engineering Team Lead) – Mandatory
• Strong technical engineering background and growth path rooted in Board Design, Hardware Engineering, and System-Level Architecture – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on experience and expertise in DFT (Design for Testability) and manufacturing test strategies – Mandatory
• Deep experience in Hardware Bring-Up, Failure Analysis / Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Lab Test Equipment – Mandatory
• Proven background in multidisciplinary product transition from R&D to Production (NPI, Yield Enhancement, Reliability) – Mandatory
• Experience with RF systems, high-speed interfaces, or mechanical integration – Advantage
